On the contrary, I found the discussion of how a case-INsensitive filename
opens the kernel up to all sorts of character set issues was invaluable.

I did an experiment on how OS/2 behaves when confronted with mixed-case
filenames from Linux over NFS.

I used 3 files: blah, Blah and bLah with unique contents.

In summary, I found that when OS/2 is looking up a file, if there is an
exact case match in the directory then OS/2 will use that file. Otherwise,
if 1 or more case-insensitive matches occur, OS/2 will use one of those
files at random.

I didn't test file creation.

Nick.
