While delta-stability is generally positive, stability is not monotonic. This results in a saw-tooth graph... in this case the teeth seem rather large wrt the increase in stability. The upshot is that it is usually the case that there is a previous version that is more stable than the next version.
So nyah. :-)
Wouldn't people generally agree that 68(?), 72, 77, and 84 (85?) are more stable than those in between?
