We use both Supra 14.4 V32 Fax Modem and 28.8 Supra Express PnP modems
with mgetty at 38400 and they work great.

Here is my /etc/inittab:

# Version: @(#)inittab 2.04 17/05/93 MvS
#com2 DB25
#ident "@(#)policy.h 1.69 94/11/06 Copyright (c) Gert Doering"

Here is my /usr/src/mgetty/policy.h:

#define DEFAULT_PORTSPEED B38400
#define MODEM_INIT_STRING "AT&F2L0M0S0=0"
