Ask Linus. For the networking ones they are GPL and staying that way. Its not hard to write your own equivalents and I dont see that I need to go to the trouble.

Not really. The one thing I notionally don't know about other than the usual boring company confidential stuff I found on a web page the day after someone explained it was ultra secret ;)
