SubjectRe: wired syslog message

I've had this message also for some time, with a number of different
kernels, libc's and binutils. My output is:

Apr 16 09:25:07 pcnhead kernel: Error in symbol table input.
Apr 16 09:25:07 pcnhead kernel: Cannot find map file.

My System.map file is a link to the current one. Maybe it doesn't
like links...?? I've changed it to a copy now rather than a link,
but I'll need to wait until a reboot before I know.

Are you guys with the same message using links too?

Karl
