We call that a Chessie cat or just "Chessie" over here in the US, at least
in my part. It's named after the Chesapeake/Ohio railroad logo of a
sleeping cat. But in that case it's just the head and front paws. Very
recognizeable and cute IMHO.

Those logos have actually become collectors items for those who can find
old adverts. and litho's.

I know, I know, fluf on the kernel list again. I'm a baaaaad boy. But
we can't be "stuffy business" all the time.
