Starting in kernel 2.1.14 (at least I think so, never noticed it in any previous ones), I get the following error when killing a ppp connection or having it killed because of a modem hangup:
Dec 6 17:24:32 wiretap kernel: Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=2808)
it keeps popping up over and over every few seconds (Dec 6 17:25:12 wiretap last message repeated 4 times) and no matter what apps I close, it won't disappear until I reboot. If anyone can help, or possibly identify this as a kernel bug, I'll be glad to furnish any info you need.
TIA
-Leigh
