SubjectRe: Proposal: restrict link(2)

I think 'rm' should be modified to do this if a program that's
set[ug]id is deleted for just that reason. My customized version of 'rm'
on all my Linux machines does an 'ftruncate' before it unlinks to achieve
much the same effect.


In the news today: A fire tore through Bob Dole's library. Both books
were destroyed, and he hadn't even finished coloring one yet.
