No matter how many times you hard link a file, it takes up
its space exactly one time.

If this is true then it has potential for abuse (yes a *userspace* problem,
this is my last post on the subject)

Apparently one user could affect another user's quota.
I guess the soulution for user1 is to protect himself from this by
making his umask 007. And when he discovers this and complains to
the admin, the admin can find the perpertrator and userdel.
