Not even true! Only a JUDGE can render a Legal Opinion. And it's called a decision or verdict or whatever. A Lier can only tell you what s/he thinks the 'Legal Opinion' would be, or would be if you retain the services of that Lier.
And who has the money to try to go up against the UncleSam Legal Department (Janet Reno and the DofJ and the Court of Supremes)?
