Send mail to: <mailserver@nic.funet.fi>

Start with following lines at the message BODY:

help
help files
cd /pub/Linux/PEOPLE/Linus/v2.1
dir -l

That server can send all of the contents of ftp.funet.fi in
email, however do pay attention on how much you can receive in
one go -- asking for more than 50 MB in single request is not
allowed (a request sanity check), however you can send multiple
requests during the same day.

See the help, AND NEVER REPLY TO THAT SERVER!
Always send a fresh request.

/Matti Aarnio <mea@nic.funet.fi> <matti.aarnio@tele.fi>
