Trouble is, it's not 100% repeatable. I can't make it happen.

I've tested 2.0.21 and 2.0.23 (with quota) and my systems just don't GPF
doing this.

tarkin:/# killall klogd
tarkin:/# umount /proc
tarkin:/# mount /proc
