Subject[PATCH net-next 2/3] net: ethernet: socionext: add AVE ethernet driver

The UniPhier platform from Socionext provides the AVE ethernet
controller that includes MAC and MDIO bus supporting RGMII/RMII
modes. The controller is named AVE.
