Subject[PATCH 1/3 v2] KVM: vmx: Enable VMFUNCs
Date
Enable VMFUNC in the secondary execution controls.  This simplifies the
changes necessary to expose it to nested hypervisors. VMFUNCs still
cause #UD when invoked.
