Subject[PATCH v3 07/51] x86/dumpstack: remove extra brackets around "<EOE>"

When starting the dump of an exception stack, it shows "<<EOE>>" instead
of "<EOE>". print_trace_stack() already adds brackets, no need to add
them again.
