One last question (for today ...):in mq-deadline there are no
"schedule dispatch" or "unplug work" functions. In blk, CFQ and BFQ
do these schedules/unplugs in a lot of cases. What's the right
replacement? Just doing nothing?

Thanks,
Paolo
