Sorry for the late. I only tested on ubuntu.
I can see a llvm-static package for fedora:
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/llvm-static/
but for clang I can find only dynamic libraries:
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/clang-libs/
I think we can make it work by changing 'libclang$(l).a' to 'libclang$(l).so' in commit 1125e7f6cf29.
