Because commit bd4aaf8 "dm: fix dm_merge_bvec regression on 32 bit
systems" in 4.2-rc6 conflicted with PATCH 6.

Sure, I can respin on top of 4.2-rc1.

Should I re-post new series to mail list or just update my tree?
