Looks like this one has fallen between the cracks, so sorry about that.
I checked in with Russell, and we'll pick this up for now even if it might need some minor fixups down the road -- it seems good enough to go in.
Applied v5 of all 3 patches, first two to next/soc, last to next/dt.
