Hence I suggest adding to the nfsd help text:

While nfsd works without SPLICE_SYSCALL, you may want to enable
SPLICE_SYSCALL for <...> (performance?) reasons.

(Hmm, does Kconfig need a "suggests", cfr. Debian package dependencies?)
