Thanks for the report. I tried but failed to find anything useful to
say about it. Whilst it has occasionally indicated bugs in vma or page
table handling (which is why we inserted that BUG_ON in the first place),
I think it's more likely to indicate bad memory or memory corruption
nowadays. I'll send in a patch to change the BUG_ON to WARN_ON, but
that won't be much comfort. If you are ever able to reproduce it, that
would be interesting (but I see that you already tried without success).
