Subject[PATCH 7/7] xtensa: there is no CONFIG_UNALIGNED_USER

There is, however, CONFIG_XTENSE_UNALIGNED_USER.

Part of a shotgun patchset; found by greps, seds, and diffs
rather than actual understanding.
