Why not all the other macros below the BUILD_BUG_ON stuff ? E.g. do we
want to export __FUNCTION__ ? NUMA_BUILD ? COMPACTION_BUILD ?
REBUILD_DUE_TO_FTRACE_MCOUNT_RECORD ?
