    Subject[PATCH] sched: deduplicate mm checks in normalize_rt_tasks()

    When normalizing realtime tasks, only user tasks are concerned by
    checking their ->mm.
    If the task is not realtime, the -mm is checked again, thus the
    overwork could be removed.
