Subject[PATCH 3/4] perf, x86: Use ALTERNATIVE() to check for X86_FEATURE_PERFCTR_CORE

Using ALTERNATIVE() when checking for X86_FEATURE_PERFCTR_CORE avoids
an extra pointer chase and data cache hit.
