SubjectRe: Topro 6800 webcam driver
New version of tp6800 driver, have hopefully taken care of comments from Alexey
Klimov & Andrey Panin.

Also removed a number of duplicated register writes and usb_set_interface calls
(which is handled much better by the gspca_main code).
