Subject[PATCH 24/27] microblaze: use generic dma-mapping.h
Microblaze does not support the Linux DMA mapping API
at this point, so disable CONFIG_NO_DMA. This lets
us use the generic dma-mapping-broken.h implementation
instead of providing a different copy.
