Subject[PATCH 1/4] tracing/events: fix compile for modules disabled
From: Steven Rostedt <srostedt@redhat.com>

Impact: compile fix

The addition of TRACE_EVENT for modules breaks the build for when
modules are disabled. This code fixes that.
