Subject[PATCH 1/2] Add COH 901 318 DMA block driver v3
Date
This patch adds support for the ST-Ericsson COH 901 318 DMA block,
found in the U300 series platforms. It registers a DMA slave for
device I/O and also a memcpy slave for memcpy.

Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@stericsson.com>
---
ChangeLog v2->v3
- Moved the header from include/linux/coh901318.h to
arch/arm/mach-u300/include/mach/coh901318.h
- Removed exported functions related to device-to-device
DMA operations.
- Not default "y" for the U300 arch in drivers/dma/Kconfig.
- Fixed a compile problem with the debug variant. (Thanks to
Dan Williams)
- Removed unnecessary barrier():s.
- Introduced a cpu_relax() in the polling status loop.
- Switched GFP_ATOMIC for GFP_NOWAIT for the DMA pool and
it still works.
- Renamed struct dma_channel to coh901318_chan
- Also inform the platform memory state access function
about which device is requesting the memory.
