Yes that works.
29-rc2 + your 3 patches cherry-picked + revert of a0d4922da2e4ccb0973095d8d29f36f6b1b5f703( usb problem) can suspend/resume. If you like, you can add an Tested-by: Christian Borntraeger <borntraeger@de.ibm.com> to your three patches.
