Thanks.

This feature is necessary for memory-hotremove.
Especially, if VMEMMAP_SPARSEMEM is configured, the pagetables of vmemmap
must be migrated from removing memory.

Could you rebase them for newest kernel or -mm?
And please remove many of "#if 1" in the second patch.
