Definitely it looks like a glibc bug: http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/npiggin/ebizzy/ This time google libc does not help, but jemalloc did it.
yellow color(attached png) freeBSD vs. gnu malloc both in LiNUX.
