wikipedia (not that that really means much) claims antennae is correct for biology and antennas is correct for electronics.
That seems to match what I do, not that I really ever talk about biology myself. :)
Of course I am one of those people that thing disc means optical and disk means magnetic. Or disc for spiral track and disk for circular tracks. Both seem to work consistently, although I might be wrong and some optical media may in fact use circular tracks.
