Subject[PATCH 1/3] Blackfin ethernet driver: on chip ethernet MAC controller driver

This patch implements the driver necessary use the Analog Devices
Blackfin processor's on-chip ethernet MAC controller.

- clean up coding style issues by Jeff's review
