Hmm, actually it seems I was mistaken, we didn't merge those after all, we seem to be shipping what was upstream in 2.6.9/2.6.18.
The patches I was thinking of were a bunch of optimisations for higher throughput from someone at Intel iirc. Ken Chen maybe?
