Subject[PATCH 2/4] Fix PCIe hotplug for non-ACPI ExpressCard slots (version 2)
Fix pciehp_probe() to deal with pre-inserted ExpressCard cards,
but only when pciehp_force==1. Otherwise behaviour is unmodified.
