I've also tried booting with other pci= options, including bios, conf1, conf2, nommconf, and noacpi, but this didn't help. I had a report from the previous owner of the dock that it worked for them, however they were using an older version of Linux (probably 2.4) with APM. I have tried using a PCMCIA card in the dock's cardbus slot, and that works. Please let me know if you need more info, and please CC me as I am not on linux-kernel.
