Subject2.6.16-rt28 success on 4x Opteron
Haven't run any tests of any sort, but this is a big step forward. The
machine is based around an IWill H8502, and previously could not boot -rt20.

The config is a straight transfer of a working 2.6.16.14 with all the
defaults chosen on a make oldconfig. Config attached.

Bootdata ok (command line is ro root=/dev/md0 console=ttyS0,115200n8
console=tty0)
