Subject[PATCH 4/5] relayfs: Remove relayfs in favour of CONFIG_RELAY.
Now that the relayfs core is abstracted as CONFIG_RELAY, and sysfs has a
method for creating relay channel buffers as an attribute, relayfs can go
away.
