Please pull from the 'upstream' branch of
rsync://rsync.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jgarzik/libata-dev.git

to obtain the changes described in the following diffstat/shortlog/patch.

It's mostly fixes for uncommon paths (PIO, ATAPI), and new PCI IDs.
Stuff not urgent enough for 2.6.13.
