Subjectsimplify SOUND_PRIME dependencies
The patch below simplifies some SOUND_PRIME dependencies.

SOUND_PRIME=m no longer allow e.g. SOUND_BT878=y, but if this was
intended SOUND_PRIME should better be a bool.

I've also added the missing dependency of SOUND_HARMONY on SOUND_PRIME.
