Subject[2.6.6-BK] NTFS 2.1.11 Really final cleanups.
Hi Andrew, hi Linus, please do a

bk pull http://linux-ntfs.bkbits.net/ntfs-2.6

Thanks! Another cleanup which I missed last time as well as renaming uchar_t
throughout the NTFS code to ntfschar since uchar_t is already defined by POSIX
to be an unsigned 1-byte character and it is confusing to have uchar_t in NTFS
mean something different (unsigned 2-byte Unicode character). Having a unique
name (ntfschar turns up nothing in Google) makes things more obvious...

Best regards,

Anton
