Subject[BROKEN PATCH] r8169 tx csum offload
This applies after my patch from a couple minutes ago.  The only problem is
that it doesn't seem to do anything.  I added a printk to the
(skb->ip_summed == CHECKSUM_HW) check and it never triggered.  I confirmed
that sk_route_caps had NETIF_F_IP_CSUM set.  What gives?
