Yes, /dev/sda1 on / has a 1k blocksize, on all boxes I've seen the
error on (this is a ~470M partition) ('dumpe2fs -h' included below)

Today I upgraded the boxes to 2.6.5-rc1 and just noticed it's hapened
again on another box. The only difference between the old kernel and this
one is that preemtion is now off.
