hi, all I installed kernel 2.4.21 on an via's mainboard, it seems that the usb host controller does not work. when a connect my flash disk to it,it reports the messages as follows:
hub.c: new USB device 00:10.1-1, assigned address 2 usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=2 (error=-110)
There is no inpterrupt of xhci, the following is /proc/interrupts:

It seems that this question was caused by via's APIC, because i boot kernel with noapic, usb is work, but eth0 is down.
