WTF are talking about? MVFS is required *everywhere* you want to use dynamic views... solaris, aix, hpux, windows, and *yes* LINUX.
And MVFS is not 100% filesystem -- it's part fs, part db, part proxy, ... (it's just weird, but I like it.)
