i have released the -V0.7.27-1 Real-Time Preemption patch, which can be downloaded from the usual place:

this quick update fixes a couple of build bugs.
Changes since a -V0.7.27-0:
- fix iptables compilation error
- fix selinux compilation error
to create a -V0.7.27-1 tree from scratch, the patching order is:
