    pidof 'IRQ 8' seems to work pretty well.

    no. But the following command should work even if rtc is not on
    IRQ8:

    chrt -f 99 -p `pidof "IRQ \`ls -d /proc/irq/*/rtc | cut -d/ -f4\`"`
