Hi!
The latest stable kernel (ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/linux-2.4.22.tar.gz) With patch AC (http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/alan/linux-2.4/2.4.22/patch-2 .4.22-ac1.bz2)
I attached a kernel config file, you have to load after "make menuconfig". Always get an error after "make bzImage".
ld: cannot open drivers/acpi/acpi.o: No such file or directory make: *** [vmlinux] Error 1
And this file really missing. Why? My config:
Gnu C 3.3.2 Gnu make 3.80 util-linux 2.11z mount 2.11z modutils 2.4.21 e2fsprogs 1.35-WIP Linux C Library 2.3.2 Dynamic linker (ldd) 2.3.2 Procps 3.1.11 Net-tools 1.60 Console-tools 0.2.3 Sh-utils 5.0.90 Modules Loaded loop lvm-mod
Is this file missing? [unhandled content-type:application/octet-stream]
