SubjectDevice class '3c59x' does not have a release() function, it is broken and must be fixed

Hi all!

Whenever I try to unload the 3c59x.ko module from my running
2.6.0-test3-mm3 kernel, I get the following oops:

Device class 'eth0' does not have a release() function, it is broken and
must be fixed.
